Day 1 - Arrival and reception
Transfer to Tzionis - Stone House, the lovingly restored home of Georges parents in the village of Lympia, about 15 minutes from Larnaca Airport and the sea. Dinner in a traditional tavern in the village. Overnight at Tzionis traditional stonehouse Lympia.
Day 2 - Larnaka and Ayia Napa beach
After the cyprus breakfast prepared for you by Mrs. Klioni and George (if you wish, also with you), your journey of discovery begins with George. Today's excursion will take you to Larnaka, which was called Kition in ancient times, with its beautiful palm tree promenade and St. Lazarus Church, combining culture and relaxation. Before leaving the city enjoy the lunch in a Magirion. Then drive to one of the golden beaches of the Ayia Napa region and let the day end comfortably. Day 3 - Free
After breakfast you have the day off for free. Today you will surely do it yourself with the advice of George. Day 4 - Choirokoitia, Lefkara and Governors beach
After breakfast today's excursion takes you to the Neolithic village of Choirokoitia (UNESCO). The settlement is one of the most important prehistoric archaeological sites in the eastern Mediterranean. Then continue to the village Lefkara. This village has been known for centuries for its embroidery and silver jewelry. After a leisurely walk and coffee in the village square, drive to Governor's Beach near Limassol, where you can enjoy lunch and swim by the sea. Overnight at Tzionis traditional stonehouse Lympia.
Day 5 - Kourion and Aphrodite rocks beach
After breakfast, set off for your second accommodation: the house Ismini in Palaichori. It is the other lovingly restored house of the Tzionis family. Your journey continues to the ancient Greek-Roman site of Kourion, considered one of the most important tourist attractions on the island. Then continue to Aphrodite rocks. According to legend, the ancient Greek goddess of love and beauty was born on the Pafos coast of Cyprus. You spontaneously decide on lunch with George - because that is one of the characteristics of this journey: Much can be adapted to your wishes, changed and spontaneously decided together! Later in the afternoon, you will reach the village of Palaichori in the Troodos Mountains. 1000m high, where you will spend the rest of your stay. Day 6 - Free
First enjoy breakfast on the house terrace, which you may prepare together with George. After breakfast you have the day off for free. Today, you will certainly manage it again with the advice of George. Day 7 - Geopark-unesco, Roses workshop and winery
After breakfast, drive through the Pitsilia region, where you will first visit the roses products factory in the village of Agros. Your way then takes you further into the 'Troodos Mountains Geopark', where you will learn more about the flora and fauna of the island. Finally, drive to the village of Farmakas where you can taste local wines in a small winery. Back to Palehori for the last evening. On the terrace of the house, will be grilled souvlaki and halloumi by George for you! Overnight at Isminis traditional stonehouse Palehori.
Day 8 - Departure and transfer to the airport
Time to say goodbye. A beautiful week comes to an end. After breakfast George drives you to the airport. Return flight to home.
